CUSTOM SIZES AVAILABLE

We can fabricate most custom driveway gate dimensions, including narrower or wider rough openings and shorter or taller heights beyond the standard sizes listed here.

SPECIFICATIONS

Materials & Construction

• Design Panels: 12‑gauge hot‑rolled steel
• Frame: 1.5″ x 1.5″ steel square tubing, 16‑ga wall thickness
• Arched Designs: Include a 1.5″ steel plate top

Posts & Hinges

• Posts are not included by default
• Driveway gates use 4″ x 4″ steel posts (16‑ga wall thickness)
• Standard J‑bolt hinges are included with the posts of your choice
  • Suitable for mounting to side walls or embedding into the ground
• Customer selects active leaf and swing direction (Selections are made as viewed from the outside of the gate.)

Lock Preparation (Optional)

Most driveway gate customers choose no lock box, as these gates are typically automated after installation. Our driveway gates are fabricated as manual gates only. If you plan to automate your gate, you will need to arrange the opener system separately with your installer or automation professional.

If a lock box is needed, we can fabricate the gate with:

• Single‑hole lock box (standard lever)
• Double‑hole lock box (lever + deadbolt)

Customer supplies lock hardware.

Finish

• Sandblasted

LEAD TIME

Please allow 25–30 business days for fabrication. Every gate is custom fabricated per order—never mass‑produced.
