DaVinci Metal Gate

Our 35+ year old concrete, fence and gate called for replacement. A couple of landscape designer’s proposals for what we wanted was more than what we wanted to pay – the true ‘after tax’ cost being 30% more! So, we designed it ourselves, contracted the special jobs of concrete and gate and have loved every bit of it. Choosing a gate was one of the hardest decisions. The choices of material – wood or metal, the design, style, finish, and of course cost took some time. Searching the internet I found several companies that offered gates that seemed to meet our wants and needs. Elise at DaVinci Metal Works was prompt responding to my inquires about design and pricing, and follow up questions about finish choices and color, gate locks, and delivery. Our gate’s design allows us to see through it, but provides the comfort of relative security. It’s solid and will last a long time. The powder coat finish should provide years of maintenance free enjoyment other than occasional washing. Plus, at night when light shines through the cut-outs the shadows cast on the neighbor’s wall are almost magical. DaVinci manufactured our gate and delivered to us exactly what we asked for, at a price we were comfortable paying. What makes me even more satisfied and glad to have worked with DaVinci is that a year after our gate was installed there was a design feature which I wanted to change. Dante worked with me to make the new part and provided it to us at a price that says far more than any advertisement can. It says to me that DaVinci Metal Works is a company that cares about their customers satisfaction. Five stars -

I don't normally do reviews, but I had to let you know what a wonderful experience I had working with you guys, and to share a few photos of the newly completed project. After over a year of frustration trying to get this project done locally, I have finally come to the end of a very fulfilling time of having a long-sought home improvement/upgrade done. The DaVinci team delivered on all their promises and more. This was a total DIY project with me personally doing the demo of the old fence, and the planning, design and installation of a new fence and metal gate...and I'm 70 years old! The DaVinci team eagerly worked with me on this custom design even as far as helping with production parameters for the gate fabrication. The gate came out perfect and in the time the DaVinci team promised that it would. Timeliness, quality and cost were all top-notch. Since we had been wanting a new upscale gate for a long time, cost was not a deciding factor. But it's good to know that there are still folks that will go above and beyond and still be affordable. Thank you DaVinci team for the job you did, the promises you kept, and for the beauty you added to our home. I couldn't have asked for a better team to work with on a project like this! Thanks again!
