• Heights: 36″, 48″, or 60″ (These are our standard fabrication sizes available for direct online purchase.)

CUSTOM SIZES AVAILABLE

We can fabricate most custom dimensions, including rough openings from narrower than 36″ up to 60″ and heights up to 120″.

All custom sizes are priced according to final dimensions.

SPECIFICATIONS

Materials & Construction

• Design Panel: 12‑gauge hot‑rolled steel
• Frame: 1.5″ x 1.5″ steel square tubing, 16‑ga wall thickness
• Arched Designs: Include a 1.5″ steel plate top
• Posts: 1.5″ x 1.5″ steel square tubing, 16‑ga wall thickness, with pre‑drilled mounting holes

Mounting

Our gates are fabricated to be side‑mounted to the customer’s existing walls or posts.

If a different mounting method is required — such as extended posts for embedding, simple post extensions, or foot plates for floor attachment — an upcharge may apply.

Hinges

• Hinges: Heavy‑duty non‑removable welded hinges included
• Hinge side and swing direction are selected as viewed from the outside of the gate

Lock Preparation Options

Choose from:

• Single‑hole lock box (standard lever)
• Double‑hole lock box (lever + deadbolt)
• No lock box (compatible with a standard gravity latch)

Customer supplies lock hardware.

Finish

• Sandblasted
• Baked‑on zinc primer
• Premium powder‑coated finish
• Black Hammer included
