Shipping
Shipping cost is not included in the products’ prices.
Our products shipping cost is based on numerous factors, such as weight, dimensions, delivery zip code, residential/commercial area.
Our items ship via LTL freight or Standard Ground. Please contact us for a shipping quote to your zip code. We will also need to know if you will be shipping to a residential or commercial location.
NOTE: ALL SHIPPING QUOTES ARE GIVEN FOR STANDARD DELIVERY. This means, the freight/ground company will not bring it inside your home/building, bring it upstairs, set it up for you, etc.
Most freight companies can only deliver Monday through Friday during regular business hours, and someone must be present at time of delivery.
Should an item get returned to us as “undeliverable” by the freight company, a minimum of a 30% restocking charge will be charged and shipping both ways will be charged. Or, we can reship the item; however, customer will be responsible for additional shipping costs.
UPON DELIVERY:
- Please inspect shipment for any damage and contact us immediately (within 72 hours of delivery) in the unlikely event there is damage.
- Also, any damage or other issues must be indicated on the shipper’s paperwork at time of delivery.
Returned items must be received with the original pallet.
Damaged items will be repaired or rebuilt (at DaVinci Gate’s discretion)
LOCAL PICK-UP OPTION:
- Local customers are welcome to pick up their items once it is ready. Keep in mind the fabrication may take somewhere between 20-25 business days. As soon as your order is ready to be picked up, we will communicate with you via email to let you know in order for you to coordinate the pick-up date/time.
